Sarah-Jayne White (S-J) – Creative Director and Founder

S-J has over 15 years commercial experience in graphic design and image creation. Motivated by the need for design to work hard for the client, she constantly and passionately pushes the boundaries on modern technologies and intelligent design concepts. As well as a designer for web and print, S-J is also a creative image maker and filmmaker, having directed and produced commercial productions as well as shooting and editing them. A true creative mind with a sharp wit and enthusiastic personality. S-J has a savvy business acumen, a bit of a rarity for one so creative. John Killah – Copywriting & PR

John trained as a lawyer in London, specialising in film and music before working in the City with Herbert Smith. John also worked in industry with Reckitt & Colman.
After moving to the West Country, John became managing Partner of two prominent Somerset law practices. Since leaving private practice 6 years ago, John then built upon his extensive front-line marketing and management skills working as a consultant to professional practices and businesses. John now provides business and marketing strategies, copywriting and PR to whitespace clients.

Dominic Slinn – Senior Web Developer

Dom is a top flight web developer with an amazing eye for detail. He’s the guy testing the Beta sites before we’ve even heard of them! Dom was chosen from a global selection of candidates to join the world leading artist and computer scientist John Meada for his prestigious digital information design camps.

Thomas Vaux – Camera Operator

Tom is a solid member of the filming crew as a creative cameraman as well as a stills photographer with a specific interest in wildlife. Having worked on BBC’s Springwatch and Autumnwatch along with Casualty and other productions, Tom brings a reassurance to location shoots with an all round can do attitude.
Along with S-J, Tom is enjoying capturing wildlife footage around the Somerset Levels from the purpose built Canal Studios.

Jess Morgan – Business Development & Project Management

Jess has nine years of experience working in the events industry and has been involved in the production of some of the UK and Europe’s most exciting and cutting edge festivals and live events. Wearing her other hat, Jess holds a Masters degree in Theatre and International Development and has extensive experience working as a Project Manager for organisations that use the arts to affect social change. At whitespace Jess makes things happen for both the company and for it’s clients. A highly motivated and capable asset with great organisational skills.

Jack Killah – Broadcast Journalist

Jack is a passionate Broadcast Journalist having worked with BBC Gloucestershire/Bristol/Somerset and Wiltshire on the News and Sports desk. Jack brings a confidence to ‘piece to camera work’ and online / broadcast interviews. whitespace can deploy quickly to cover any event or news story as well as confidently plan, script and direct any documentary or short film.

Dan Pearce – Motion Graphics Artist

Dan is creative and extremely talented. With many years commercial experience in blue chip client projects, Dan brings a touch of class to motion graphics. Dan’s the man who can!
